Custom miRNA qPCR Primers

Our Custom miRNA qPCR Primers Set contain specific miRNA PCR primers (forward: miRNA-specific primer; reverse: universal primer) that have been arrayed into full miRNome, high content, and biologically or disease relevant panels. Each miRNA-specific primer used in the qPCR arrays has been experimentally validated to yield a single dissociation curve peak and to generate a single amplification of the correct size for the targeted miRNA. MiqScript™ miRNA PCR arrays are provided in ready-to-use 96-well plate and 384-well plate compatible with various of real-time thermal cyclers.
