JetBlue Airline offers considerable flexibility. If cancellations are submitted for Blue, Blue Plus, and Blue Extra fares at least 24 hours prior to departure, there won't be any fees. Travel credits with a one-year validity period are given as refunds. Under JetBlue Cancellation Policy there is a cancellation fee for nonrefundable fares; the remaining amount is issued as a credit. If canceled prior to departure, refunded prices are entirely refundable. Modifications and cancellations are free for Mosaic members. There is a cost for same-day modifications, unless you are a Mosaic member. You can handle cancellations online or by contacting customer support.
