Hey everyone, I recently implemented outlook 2fa for our organization’s Outlook accounts, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade to our security. The process was relatively smooth, thanks to clear guidance from our chosen provider. One challenge we faced was ensuring all users understood the new process, so we provided comprehensive training and support. My top tip is to communicate the benefits clearly and offer plenty of resources for troubleshooting. We also rolled out 2FA for Outlook, but we chose to integrate it with Duo Security. It works similarly to the Microsoft Authenticator but offers more flexibility with authentication methods. The setup was pretty smooth, but we did run into a few issues with users who didn’t have their phones with them when they needed to log in. To address this, we set up alternative verification methods like SMS or backup codes.
